Thanks for the update on Vienna Photographic Society. Did you know that my first photography job was in Vienna Camera at age 15. That was in the mid 80s but I still remember the smell of the film and chemicals sitting on the shelves.

Is your equipment and your business insured correctly for the summer photo season? General Liability and Equipment coverage from as low as 225 a year may be available for your business through Allstate. Call Fernando Ortiz to see if your business qualifies 703 661 6050. Local Allstate offices are small business owners just like yourself and want to help insure your business.

Michael, do you think I could post something like this on your blog or comments section? We have a really great program through Allstate for photographers and are trying to get the word out. Home based photographers, retail locations, free lance, are all folks we want to get to know.

Anyone photograph the Smithsonian Folklife Festival on July 9th from 5:30 ish to 7pm? The audience back from the stage, a bit of a distance from the stage.
